And, last but not least, we have cupcakes that we made just for us. What kind? Well, I'm glad you asked. We had some leftover bacon after making Herbie, so Chef Kaysie whipped up some maple pancake cupcakes with bacon brown sugar buttercream. It was heavenly breakfast in a cup.

On a sad note, fabulous intern Emily is leaving this week to go back to school in Chicago. However, we welcome intern Kelsey to our crazy bakery life. Yay interns!
